You’ll Need:

# 1 bottle of Medoc
# 3 tbsps. Demerera sugar
# 4 tbsps rum
# 1 orange
# 10 cloves

Procedures : # Insert the cloves into the orange then bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F, Gas Mark 4, 180C for 30 minutes
# Pour the wine into a saucepan and heat to near boiling point
# Stir in the sugar and rum
