Coconut-Rum Glazed Bananas
You’ll Need:
1/2 cup coconut syrup
1 tbsp rum
Juice of 1/2 small lime
3 firm bananas, peeled and cut lenght wise
2 tbsp toasted shredded coconut
Procedures : Combine coconut syrup, rum, and lime juice in a skillet; bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer. Arrange bananas in skillet. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes, or until bananas are nicely glazed. Turn bananas over frequently. Serve hot and sprinkle with toasted shredded coconut
