Blueberry Pudding Cake

2 tablespoon(s) , Lemon Juice
1 cup(s) , Flour
2 teaspoon(s) , Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) , Salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) , Nutmeg
1 3/4 cup(s) , Sugar
1/2 cup(s) , Milk
1 large Egg
1/4 cup(s) , Butter Melted
1 teaspoon(s) , Vanilla
1 tablespoon(s) , Cornstarch
1 cup(s) , Boiling Water
Procedures: Place blueberries and lemon juice in an 8×8-inch pan. Mix flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, and 3/4 cup sugar. Beat in milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Spread over berries. Mix 1 cup sugar with cornstarch and sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over all. Bake at 350°F for 40 – 50 minutes.
