Almond Rock
You’ll Need:
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup almonds, shelled
Procedures: To prepare this Almond Rock Recipe, first boil sugar, water, and lemon juice together to 310 degrees F. Take off the fire and stir in the almonds. Pour into a buttered tin. Break in large pieces with a quick jerk of a knife blade when entirely cool.
