7-Up Cake
You’ll Need:
10 oz of 7-Up soft drink.
5 large eggs.
4 cups of flour.
2 ½ cups of sugar.
1 cup of butter.
½ cup of shortening.
2 tablespoons of lemon extract.
Confectioners’ sugar.
Procedures : Take the butter, shortening and the sugar and cream until fluffy.
Add each of the five eggs, one at a time.
Sift in 4 cups of flour.
Add the 7-Up and the lemon extract.
Place the mixture in a pan and bake at 325°F (160°C) for about 100 minutes.
Dust with confectioners’ sugar.
Slice and serve
